To apply for membership in the Kalihi-Pālama Hawaiian Civic Club, please download, fill in, and e-sign the linked KPHCC Membership Application form, and email it to kokua@kalihipalama.org, then click the Pay Online link below and pay your dues.

- Dues for the Kalihi-Palama Hawaiian Civic Club are currently $15.00 per year, per individual member; families (mother, father, and keiki) are $12 per person.
